Lawrence Rimmer

With hard work and dedication to New Horizons, Lawrence from Douglas house has recently been promoted from residential support worker to senior.

Lawrence has worked within the company for a few years progressing from waking nights, to residential support worker to a senior role.

His passion, ethos and pro-activeness towards the young person has not gone unnoticed.

Lewis Dixon

With passion, drive and determination Lewis has recently been promoted to Senior team leader within Douglas house.

Lewis has worked for the company for two years and has progressed from relief support worker, to team leader to senior team leader.

He is essential for the management structure to ensure we progress as a home and therefore achieve fantastic outcomes for the young person placed with us.
