Old Vine House is registered to accommodate 3 young people of both sexes between the ages of 7 and 17 years old on admission. The home is in a quiet residential area, in Preston, with a short journey to great shopping centre, activities and country walks.
The home has a spacious living area, a lovely dining room which opens up onto the conservatory and then onto a lovely, enclosed garden. The young people have great spacious bedrooms and are encouraged to put their own interior design ideas within their room as well as the home.
Home Manager
Hannah Grainger
Starting as a support worker, Hannah’s ambition drove her into diverse roles, responsibilities, and personal growth. She advanced to become a Team Leader and later served as a Deputy Manager for five years, working in various single and multi-occupancy residential children’s homes.
Becoming a Home Manager was her aspiration, and she is immensely proud to have achieved this goal. Hannah is thrilled to be part of a remarkable team and company at New Horizons (NW).
