A testimonial from our fabulous new staff member Jennifer Rowlands, about how she found Job Satisfaction working for New Horizons (NW).

“I loved my old job; however, for various reasons, I had to give it up towards the end of last year. I then went on to join an amazing company as bank staff. Since joining New Horizons various full-time roles have become available and offered to me, which I really wanted to take. However, I am currently studying for a degree in Mental Health and have 3 children of my own to care for, so I had to be sensible and say no. This left me sad as most people know I love my work life.

However, as if by magic, a part-time position was made available and I was offered a permanent position at Beach House. I am now a part of the best staff team and I could not be happier. I have learnt so much from this company and the Beach House team in such a relatively short space of time. They believe in me and have made me feel like part of the team since day one.

Everything happens for a reason, you just have to work out what the reason is.”
