Goals + Motivation + Hard Work = Reward

Kayleigh Armstrong has been with the company for over 2 years, after previously working with young children in nursery school, she fancied a fresh challenge. 

Kayleigh started as a relief worker and has worked at all of our homes but her heart was always at Beach House, as she loved the challenges a larger home offered. So, when a full time position became available she grasped the bull by the horns and made that position hers and, with a great deal of hard work, she was soon promoted to a Senior Support Worker.

Kayleigh relished the new challenges the role presented and her hard work paid off, when 6 months later she was promoted again, this time to the position of Team Leader. 

Kayleigh is a prime example of what can be achieved when you are motivated by a goal and working towards it with drive and determination.
