Easter Eggstravaganza for Young People
On Good Friday we arranged an Easter egg hunt for the young people and staff, close to and around our head office at Preston, in Lancashire.
The hunt took them on a big loop of 8 clues, from the famous Green Frog, to DFS, the Guild Wheel, and the Odeon Cinema, finishing back at our head office at Riversway Business Village. Each station had Easter gifts to give out with a clue to send them onto the next station.
Each team was timed and the winner was one of the young people at Mulberry House, who has won a day out at Knowsley Safari for the whole home.
As well as the egg hunt, there was also a competition for best Easter bonnet, which was won by our young person at Beach House, who won a voucher to spend.
Many thanks to ITV’s Granada Reports Paul Crone, who entertained everyone at the finish giving out the prizes.
Well done to all involved, what a fabulous afternoon.
